PLANT OVERVIEW
From Die Plants and Material Plants to the Kunshan Plant: Four Sites in One Integrated Process
Yeancheeng Machinery operates Die Plant 1 and Die Plant 2 in Dashu, Kaohsiung, along with Yeancheeng Technology – Materials Plant 3. In Mainland China, we have Kunshan Rongbao Electronics. The die plants handle wire cutting, EDM, CNC machining and precision measurement. The technology plant focuses on FPC auxiliary materials and high-volume precision stamping. PRODUCTION LINE
Automated Stamping Line in Action
Stamping presses are fed continuously by automatic feeders. Each press is equipped with a safety light curtain and a work table. There are 15 precision stamping presses in total, handling high-volume punching and blanking as well as automated coil die cutting.
