FPC Molds & Auxiliary Materials One-Stop Solution for Flexible Board Processes
Yeancheeng's product line falls into two categories: high-precision FPC flexible board molds, and stiffener and backlight molds (custom designed), along with the auxiliary materials required for FPC processing, including PI／PET stiffener films, conductive silver foil, anti-plating film, and FR4 and SUS304 stiffener sheets and coils. Multi-Cavity Layout Punching Die
Upper and lower die halves that punch stainless steel stiffeners in one stroke; layout optimization increases output per stroke.

Etching Blade Dies
Etching blade die dimensional accuracy is high, with tolerances of +/-0.03mm, a minimum dual-blade spacing of 0.5mm, and the ability to machine angles from 30 to 60 degrees.
Mass Production Dies
Large Die Sets + Replaceable Inserts
Large die sets with central replaceable inserts. Line changeovers only require swapping inserts; the die set stays in place for continuous stamping.
Punching Dies
Steel-Rule Compound Dies
Hardened steel blades fixed to a steel die plate complete multiple operations in a single press stroke (such as profile cutting, internal hole punching, and half-cut creasing).

Integrated FPC auxiliary material production at our technology plant, from material preparation and punching to quality inspection and packaging. Every batch includes a dimensional measurement report.
